Returns and Exchanges

We understand that buying shoes online is not an exact science, which is why we want to do everything possible to make your shopping experience easy – and enjoyable.

To help protect our customers and make sure every return or exchange is dealt with fairly, we may either require a receipt or decline a return or exchange in certain situations, including:

  • Items with a missing label or an item that has been defaced
  • Returns without a receipt
  • Items that have been soiled or contaminated


You may return any merchandise within 30 days and receive a full refund. All returned merchandise should be shipped according to the instructions below. Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment.

We would appreciate it if you let us know the reason for returning the item, using the reason codes listed on the back of your invoice Expedited shipping charges is non-refundable.


If you would like to exchange an item, we will not charge you for shipping on your new item.

Return or Exchanges by Mail

Please complete the order blank on the back of your invoice indicating the exchange item number, size and color you would like.

Prepare your package: Include your return item and receipt, invoice or packing slip, using the original package if possible.

Attach Shipping Label: Use the convenient label on your packing slip. Return shipping is $6.95 per package. If you choose not to use our convenience label, you will be responsible for paying all return shipping costs up front.
